Esther remains faithful to Mordecai’s instruction, while Mordecai faithfully protects the king by exposing a dangerous plot. Neither action may have seemed significant at the time, but God was quietly preparing the way for what was still to come.
This passage reminds us that faithfulness matters, even when no one notices and the outcome is uncertain. God can take ordinary acts of obedience and weave them into a much bigger story.
